Terms of Service

Last updated 23 September 2026. These terms are a plain-English draft modelled on standard practice. They are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them.

Upkeep Sites is a trading name of Le Roux Ventures, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. In these terms "we", "us" and "Upkeep Sites" mean Le Roux Ventures, LLC, and "you" means the business buying the service.

We build a website for your business, host it, and make the changes you ask for while your subscription is active. You send change requests by email in plain English. Most changes are live the same day; we do not guarantee a turnaround time for any individual request.

The service is a subscription, not a one-off purchase. It includes the build, the hosting, the security certificate and the ongoing changes described in your plan. It is sold as a monthly service and the website remains part of that service for as long as you subscribe.

Essential — $99 USD per month. A site of up to five pages. Includes hosting and security certificate, your own domain connected, a contact form that emails you directly, up to four change requests a month, and help getting your Google listing right.

Unlimited — $149 USD per month. Everything in Essential, plus as many pages as you need, unlimited change requests, seasonal updates and new sections, and priority turnaround on anything urgent.

"Unlimited" means we do not cap the number of requests. It does not mean unlimited scope: a request that amounts to a second website, an online shop, a booking system or custom software is outside the plan, and we will tell you so and quote separately before doing any of it.

All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and exclude any tax that may apply.

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. The first payment is taken when you start. Each later payment is taken on the same day of the month, or the nearest available day in a shorter month.

There is no setup fee and no minimum term. If a payment fails we will try again and let you know; if it keeps failing we may pause the service until it is settled.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Upkeep Sites never sees or stores your card details.

We may change our prices. If we change the price of your plan we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel before it does.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-months.

Your domain name is registered in your name and stays yours. On cancellation we will help you point it wherever you want it to go next.

The website itself — the design, the build and the hosted files — remains ours. We keep possession and control of it, and it is provided to you as part of the monthly service rather than sold to you. When your subscription ends, the site stops being served.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you ask us to publish, and for having the right to use the text, logos and photographs you send us. If someone else owns a photograph, please tell us before we put it on your site.

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to impersonate another business, and not to publish content that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline a request on those grounds, and we will explain why.

We aim to keep your site online continuously, but no hosting is perfect and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting and related infrastructure are provided through third parties.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email.
