Before you pay anything, I take your current site and rebuild it properly, then send you a link. Keeps the wording and photos that work, fixes the parts that don't.

You tell me what to fix

Wrong hours, a photo you hate, a service you no longer offer. Say it in plain English and I'll make the changes before anything goes live.

It goes live, and stays current

I point your own domain at the new site and take over the upkeep from there. From then on, changing your website means sending me an email.

Both plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renew each month until you cancel. Cancel whenever you like — your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Upkeep Sites never sees or stores your card details.

Questions people ask

I already have a website. Can you just take it over?

That's the usual case. I rebuild what you have, keep what works, fix what doesn't, and point your existing address at the new version. Your customers won't notice anything except that it looks better and loads faster.

Who owns the domain name?

You do, always. It stays registered in your name and I never hold it hostage. If you already have one, I connect it. If you don't, I'll help you register it in your own account.

How do I ask for a change?

Email me. Write it the way you'd say it out loud — "we're closed the week of the fourth" or "take the fish fry off the menu" — and I'll handle the rest. Most changes are live the same day.

What if I want to stop?

Then you stop. It's month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Tell me and I'll help you move your domain wherever you want it to point next.
